The MVCC will be holding a fundraiser at Yolanda's restaurant on Tuesday, September 16. Bring this flyer when you have lunch or dinner, and 20 percent of the proceeds will be donated to the Midtown Ventura Community Council. The restaurant is at 2753 E. Main St. in Midtown.

Money raised from the fundraiser will go toward the Midtown Commons Park proposed for a portion of a city parking lot between Katherine and Hartman drives.

Rather than cooking on Tuesday, take the family out to dinner and help a good cause.
